Educational Opportunity Center

Thinking about College? The Educational Opportunity Center can help you get there.

The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) helps people begin or continue their post-secondary education. Since 1974, the EOC has provided educational access services including academic, career and financial aid advising at eight service centers across the state.

While the Educational Opportunity Center services generally focus on low-income adults (19 and above) who are first generation college students seeking a post-secondary education, our services are available to all members of the community. Educational Opportunity Center educational advisors can provide professional assistance tailored to an individual’s needs and circumstances. All our services are free and our staff is multi-lingual.
